Florent Mali

Florent brings 25+ years of enterprise IT experience and more than 21 years focused specifically on UKG Workforce Management — spanning Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM. He has led full life-cycle implementations, WFC-to-WFM migrations, and platform modernization projects across healthcare and logistics organizations.

Before founding WFM Solutions, Florent spent over six years as a Senior Manager and Lead Solution Architect within UKG’s own Solution Engineering organization, and five years before that as Lead Solution Architect at Kronos Inc. That combination of platform-side and client-side experience is what sets WFM Solutions apart: configuration recommendations are grounded in how UKG Pro WFM actually behaves in production, not just in the documentation.

Florent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and is AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
